About
Andrew Ryan Simone was born in St. Louis but grew up in Jersey. He often finds himself sitting in cafés staring blankly at walls with a book in his hands. Sometimes he fancies himself a writer but is, in reality, an artist without a medium (understand that as you like). He does whatever is interesting to pay rent (resume.pdf) and is currently working on a book about books.
In the past he has worked at a winery, attended (but did not finish) seminary, and spent a good deal of time studying Western thought.
His current interests include: digital culture, sound, and the future of print media which he does not think means death.
Andrew also mostly contributes to clusterflock, a group blog dedicated to pretty much everything.
Feel free to chastise his hubris at andrew [dot] simone [at] gmail [dot] com.
Oh, he almost forgot, this is the closest he has come to defining anti-expertism.
